StudyJobNow (hereafter referred to as "the company") only accepts payment methods that are deemed valid, including USSD or bank app transfers and card payments on our website, all of which must be made to the company's OPAY BANK account with the account number 8149096001. These approved payment methods are to be used for all orders and payments made for the company's services.
When it comes to payments made through credit card or electronic funds transfer, by placing an order with us, you give us permission to debit your credit card or account for your order (which includes taxes, shipping, handling, and any previously agreed upon amounts).
In the event that your credit card or account is unable to be verified, deemed invalid, or does not meet our standards, your order may be automatically suspended or cancelled. Please be aware that all prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice. Tax charges may be adjusted from the initially displayed amount on the billing screens due to various factors, such as differences in processor programs and alterations in tax rates.
The fees for the annual maintenance and annual mapping data licenses will be due and payable upon the expiration of the last subscription. An invoice will be sent 30 days prior to the due date, serving as a notification for any potential increases. If this agreement is renewed automatically, any increase in the annual maintenance fee will not occur more than twice within a span of twelve (12) months. Our standard cancellation notice period is 60 days before the renewal date. Any outstanding amounts after 30 days from the due date will incur interest at a rate of the Central Bank of Nigeria base rate plus 8% per month.
Professional Services Refund Policy
Within fifteen (15) days after delivering Professional Services to customers according to a statement of work, StudyJobNow guarantees that the services were performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. However, if the client requests these services, they will be provided "as is" and the agreed amount will be charged to their account or credit card as per the executed contract or other mutual agreement. If a project is delayed due to the client's internal processes, StudyJobNow will not be liable for any costs incurred and the responsibility will lie with the client, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing at the time of delay. StudyJobNow does not offer refunds for professional services, but any unsatisfactory services must be reported within fifteen (15) days for remedial action. If a customer cancels their reservation or payment for services at least thirty (30) minutes before the event, training, or other paid services, a full refund will be provided. However, no refunds will be offered for cancellations made more than two (2) weeks before the start of the workshop.
Revision to Payment and Refund Guidelines.
At any given time, we retain the right to modify the terms and conditions for payment and refunds policy. These changes will become effective upon being published on the website.
